Line a greased square metal pan, 8"x8 or 9"x9 with parchment paper (or use a brownie pan). In the bowl of a stand mixer, beat together the butter, oil, sugar, salt, and lemon zest. While the mixer is running, add the vanilla and rose water. Add ½ ounce of Campari to each glass, along with some ice. Divide the wine between each glass, then fill to the top with soda water. Garnish with additional strawberries, if desired. This STEP TWO. Using a paring knife, cut a thin slice of the strawberry down toward the stem, about ¼- to ½-inch deep. Just don't cut all the way through. Press your thumb against the strawberry and tilt the knife outwards, so the slice curves and bends like a petal. Rotate the strawberry and continue slicing until you have three to four Starting halfway down the strawberry, slice about ¾ inch down (length will vary depending on size of strawberry) on the side of the strawberry to create a "petal.". Before removing the knife, use it to gently curl the "petal" outwards by pressing it back. Repeat on the other three sides of the strawberry to create four base "petals.".
